Aggregating Algorithm

This is a subfamily of exponential weights algorithms. There are two varieties of Aggregating Algorithm: Strong Aggregating Algorithm and Weak Aggregating Algorithm. Usually when one says "Aggregating Algorithm" one means Strong Aggregating Algorithm.
